All of the staff members I encountered were superb in service and friendliness. Since it was a Christmas holiday, I gave them a lot of credit for providing excellent service when they could’ve been home with their family.

It is very loud when the air conditioning/heater turns on and off, as needed, which for a light sleeper is very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Nothing you can really do about this but I prefer to stay in a motel/hotel that doesn’t have this type of system.

The beds were extremely soft!! The location of the hotel was great ,near a lot of different restaurants.

The front desk staff was very friendly and very efficient. I liked the fact you could get something to eat in the hotel lobby area
